Penhors Beach
In the middle of the Bay of Audierne which extends from Pointe du Raz to Pointe de Penmarc’h, the Penhors ESB is located in the town of Pouldreuzic, about twenty kilometers from Dournenez and Quimper. Penhors beach has been awarded a blue flag and the “Surf Town” label for two years. It is an eco-label symbol of exemplary environmental quality but also of easy access for the disabled. The Penhors site is renowned for its beach, its chapel and its small port which gives it all its beauty and character. At low tide, the beach stretches for 10 km, allowing you to reach the Pointe de la Torche on foot, discovering a very diverse fauna and flora. Penhors is a site renowned for being one of the best spots in Brittany having hosted a large number of competitions.
Regional development
Through our missions, we actively participate in regional development as an associate member of the Brittany Surf League, by training the next generations of instructors, by participating in the organization of local, national or international events, and by putting set up a system for detecting young talents through teaching provided all year round in our development centers.

Ideal learning
The waves of Penhors are ideal for learning to surf in complete safety in a local atmosphere. This spot is very popular with all surfers, offering a wide choice of waves depending on the tides and weather conditions.
With a succession of beaches and rocks, Audierne Bay is home to magnificent landscapes all along the coast. This very diverse coastal relief will allow surfers, bodyboarders and Stand Up Paddle practitioners to practice their sport on a multitude of spots allowing both experienced and beginners to find what they are looking for.
